At Bud Vanta, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of cannabis products and applicable regulations, we maintain a strict but fair returns and refunds policy outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because cannabis products are perishable and regulated, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for review, you must provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of the original packaging

Once verified, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

3. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Verified damaged products
  • Verified incorrect items sent
  • Orders that could not be fulfilled due to inventory issues

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped. This includes standard, express, international, and discreet shipping services.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

7. Discreet & Carrier Shipping

For discreet or carrier-determined shipping, Bud Vanta is not responsible for additional fees charged by third-party shipping providers. These fees are non-refundable.

8. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and order refusal. Please contact our support team first so we can resolve any issues professionally.
